Need more than 15 minutes?

For decisions that deserve a proper look at the numbers, we run paid one-to-one working sessions and retained advice. We will suggest the right format on the intro call and confirm the fee in writing before anything is booked.

Every session ends with a written summary and next steps you can act on.

How to prepare

For consultancy
Have the basics to hand: property addresses or areas, purchase prices, current rents, mortgage balances and rates, and the decision you want to make.
For AI projects
Think about where the hours go each week: inbox, bookkeeping, listings, guest messages, chasing. That is where we start.
For management
Tell us the property type, location, current use and what you would like it to earn. A recent EPC and floor plan help but are not essential.
