Who we are

AIRPROP LTD (company number 11095591, registered office 809 Salisbury House, 29 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7AQ) is the data controller for personal information collected through airproperty.co.uk. Contact us at info@airproperty.co.uk with any question about this notice.

What we collect and why

Enquiries and call requests

When you use the contact or booking forms we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you give it, the topic and message you write, the page you sent it from and your browser type. We use this to reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and where relevant the steps needed to enter a contract with you. Enquiries are stored in our customer database (hosted by Supabase in the United Kingdom) and forwarded to us as a notification. We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact unless you become a client, in which case they form part of your client file.

Bookings

Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which collects your name, email address and the time you choose and shares them with us. Cal.com’s own privacy notice applies to its processing. Paid sessions are taken by card through Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.

AI assistant

The assistant is provided by us using AI models accessed through Vercel’s AI Gateway. Your questions and the assistant’s answers are sent to the model provider to generate a response and are logged by us, linked to a random session identifier rather than to your name, so that we can review answers and improve our guides. We do not ask for personal or financial details in the assistant and ask you not to enter any. Logs are kept for up to twelve months. The assistant gives general information only.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which records page views and general device and country information without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. We do not use advertising trackers.

Email and telephone

If you email or call us we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and to maintain a record of our relationship with you.

Who we share information with

Service providers who host our website and data (Vercel, Supabase), schedule calls (Cal.com), take payments (Stripe) and provide email (Google Workspace). Each acts under a contract that restricts what they can do with your information. Some providers process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email info@airproperty.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The AI assistant stores a random session identifier in your browser’s session storage so a conversation can continue across pages; it is deleted when you close the tab. Embedded services such as Cal.com may set their own strictly necessary cookies when you use them.

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date at the top.
