Questions
Frequently asked.
- What areas do you cover?
- London and Hampshire, including Winchester and the surrounding areas. Ask us about other locations; we may be able to help through partners.
- Do you take on single rooms or only whole properties?
- Whole properties. If you own a single room or a share of a property, our consultancy service may be a better fit.
- What does management cost?
- Fees depend on the property type and the level of service. We quote after the property review, in writing, with nothing added later.
